What credentials will I have after completing the program?

You will have your PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number), which is what the IRS requires to prepare federal returns for compensation. The program also prepares you to apply for your EFIN (Electronic Filing Identification Number) and walks you through state-specific requirements. If you want to pursue the Enrolled Agent designation (which allows you to represent clients before the IRS), the program gives you a strong foundation for that exam.
